StaffXperts is free to use. Employers pay rewards only when their jobs requirements get filled and they determine the reward size based on their own hiring needs and budgets.
How does StaffXperts make money?
StaffXperts makes money when employers fill jobs. In the marketplace, we keep 50% of the award and deliver 50% to the successful recruiter. Recruiters who are referred by certain enterprise customers may be eligible for different terms. You may contact us direct for more information.
Why would Recruiters give up 50% of their fee?

How large are the placement fees on StaffXperts?
Rewards vary depending on factors like the industry, the job level, and the placement difficulty, with an average fee across the marketplace of 15% to 25% of base salary. Jobs with elevated rewards tend to draw more action from Recruiters.
How does the employment guarantee work?
For rewards that are 25% of the starting salary or larger, StaffXperts provides a 90-day full money back guarantee. For rewards that are 24% of the starting salary or less, StaffXperts provides a 60-day full money back guarantee.All flat fees are garanteed for 60 days.
With so many Recruiters, will I be inundated with resumes?
No. Employers have the power to control the flow of resumes for their job requirement and with the click of a button can make any recruiter unemployed with whom they are dissatisfied. Also, employers ability to view recruiters marketplace statistics discourages Recruiters from sending out resumes indiscriminately. StaffXperts monitor randomly the quality and volume of resume submittals.
