When Recruiters make a successful placement, StaffXperts keeps 30% of the final reward and delivers 70% to the successful Recruiter. Because StaffXperts offers a time-limited guarantee to employers, Recruiter awards are deposited in their accounts as pending funds on a candidate's start date. After 60 days from the start date, the funds will be available for withdrawal. If the candidate does not work out within 60 days of the start date for job requirements of 19% of salary or less, or 90 days of the start date for job requirements of 20% of salary or more, the Recruiter is not entitled to an award. If this occurs after the Recruiter has withdrawn the funds, he or she will be responsible for refunding the money to StaffXperts.
There is no fee for a Recruiter to submit a candidate for a reward on which he or she is employed.
Recruiters own candidates they submit to a job requirement for a period of 6 months from the date they submit the candidate. If this employer hires the candidate during this period for any job, the employer owes a reward to the Recruiter.
StaffXperts' system should block duplicate submissions. In the unlikely event that the system fails to block a duplicate submission, the winner of the reward will be the Recruiter who first submitted the candidate, as determined by the time and date stamp on the submissions.
Prior to each submission, a Recruiter must certify to having the knowledge and approval of the candidate.
